Information Lust

The fifth deadly sin of street fighting or martial arts training is the idea of an “information overload”. Martial arts practitioners and instructor fall into the belief that more is better. Although getting more information and having numerous sources are important, never forget to get that filtration system (is it effective, efficient and easy?) in place. Focus your energy into one particular program or learning. More is not always better because you could easily get overwhelmed and might end up learning moves that may not be very useful in real life situations.
