Game Plan Wrath

You must have a game plan, or some organized set of techniques so you’ll know what to do when a situation comes up. A lot of martial arts practitioners may understand everything that was taught but they may still not have any simplistic game plan. Self defense moves left in theory will not save your life. Always remember that When you come in contact with a stimulus, if you don’t have a game plan of what to do in that situation, that’s going to be your downfall.
